You have a lot of good ideas here. Get all you can and then some more. The farm will never be the same get them to go elsewhere if possible. Way back when we gave counties states and feds easements for roads and bridges key word easements then hey gave every communication, electrical company , rural water the go ahead for these lines. Do we see a dime for this. They don't always "see" thru tile lines either.
