Yes.  Until the rain tonight.  If it stayed dry, lots of stuff would get going here.  Lots to do as nothing has been done, period.  All the mega dairy's lagoons are full, because they couldn't winter apply and no top dress one wheat (although it remains to be seen if the wheat will be okay).  A few beet just getting put in.
