We run gas, run field cultivator or disk, and have planted that afternoon in certain situations. I understand no-till is a different deal. Occasionally you get a little burn if your soil is on the dry side, but usually no problems. If I had my option in conventional tillage I would wait 2 days, but last few springs that's been hard to do!
