Dryland, no, irrigated, definite maybe. Personally I feel a new twin row costs too much for a dedicated planter, if you can spread it out over 2-3 different crops in a season it helps. I think Crustbuster has it licked for the twin row planters myself, but I think, especially dryland, guys here are going to shift back to single rows, mainly for seed savings and the fact that you can get a stacker planter and take twice the amount in one pass.
