We have stored dry (under 12%) soybeans in a bin without air before. Didn't pull them out until June of the following year and had no issues. If they get above 13% then you will need to put air on them, but it seems like every year we start combining when they are just under 14% and by the time we are getting done they are at 9% coming out of the field.
