Central PA | I couldn't find too much wrong in the first page. Regarding the calories per person, I can belive that as we are historical highs in the production (and I'm guessing cosumption) or high-energy grains.
Rearding the second paragraph, I have seen numerous souces and notations talking about lower brix values in foods as newer varities of vegetables have been bred for production, pest resistance and longer shelf life and not for nutrient density.
None of those I attribute to or assoicate with the use of glyphosate. | |
