I'd make sure that the Cruizer I has version 2.2.2 on it, since that's the newest version. The newest version on the website for the SmartSteer is version 5.3. I've heard of people putting newer versions on it, such as 6.0.34, which gives you the advantage of being able to move it form machine to machine while keeping profiles, which means you don't have to totally recalibrate every time, but I also have heard of an issue on articulated machines. I've only run it between older sprayers and front-steered tractors with this combination, so it hasn't hurt on them, but can't speak to the articulated tractor situation. It wouldn't really hurt to try, considering you can always back-date the software again if you need to. The Cruizer II might as well have the newest software available on it.
