I would disconnect the clutches at each row and try a test. If you do this, an error message should actually appear indicating that the row clutches found do not match the configuration. If that happens that would be a GOOD sign. It doesn't mean that your module is 100% healthy after the initial install but would be promising.

A constant 12v should be present on Pin A of each row branch, if a constant 12V is present on Pin B of each branch then the pin swap discussed above seems appropriate. In the past I have heard of situations where the polarity issue has caused damage to the clutches themselves rather than the module.
