Montana , To the high water mark is not trespassing . State now owns all the water and the river bottom. About broke a couple power companies wanting back rent on river bottom where the dams sit .
We have got to throw the out of state do gooders /Feds / Liberal weenie's /
Turning this state in to the trash hole they came from .
