Subject: RE: Fertilizer hose lengths on planter

Nevada, Iowa
The application is not exactly the same most sprayers are plumbed into tees for sections of the boom, no same length hoses there. The nozzle is a key piece in regulation as is the orifice in a fertilizer system. I see no point in the same length hose.

Anhydrous is different as most systems meter the flow at a central point, restriction created by the length of the hose is critical in that application.
