Those are handy figures, and those amperages don't add up to all that much.

The best measurement for load testing I think would be a clamp ammeter capturing peak load. If it's a circuit fused for 30 amps, less than 15 would be best, less than 20 would be borderline tolerable (not any official spec, just my personal opinion). Another thing to consider with long wiring is how much voltage drop is present at those loads.
