Which fuse?
I will assume you mean the 30 amp one to the high current power (gray Deutsch DTP connector).
If the CCM pops a fuse when that is the only thing connected, that's a pretty strong indicator of a bad module. Every other line was disconnected, right? The clutch section adapter cable, implement switch cable, and canbus stub cable were all removed, right?
