There could be a few things that could cause this problem
1. Antenna offsets might be off
2. Your survey height might not have been measured correctly in the setup page.
(Did you survey with the scraper? or with a 4 wheeler or pickup?)
3. Are you benchmarking in the same spot every time?
On the run screen, you can move your Blade Step up until you start to see fill areas on your map.
