We had the same problem. Does the option to turn on the remote switch appear in the set up menu, if not you probably need to upgrade software by downloading from Trimble website on a thumb drive. Had to do that on a new 750 we bought last year. Did you get any rain the other night with the hail? I got 4 tenths here but no damage from hail.
