Nw Oregon
my 6320 is still having trouble staying on the line.i noticed yesterday that it was driving really good for a couple passes when the oil was cold and it got worse as the oil got closer to operating temp. the tractor just weaves through the field the display is telling me I'm off around 4 inches but middle of the tank on the front of the tractor is weaving between two corn rows almost 30'' The dealers is thinking the deadzone calibration is not correct. He says a 6x20 deadzone should be around 20-25 mine is at 45 and 47 right now.

the more i think about this the more i start thinking it might be a hardware issue not a calibration problem but I'm very new to this stuff so i know nothing for sure.

another thing the display is telling me that my correction age is 1-2 seconds 2 seconds is an extreme usually doesn't get that high. are those acceptable numbers?
