I have been in your shoes more than once, and hate how the dealer makes it sound like they are doing us a favor by not getting us the seed we ordered. I may be wrong, but it seems like your dealer dropped the ball here. If you ordered the seed in October it seems odd that they did not get you what you ordered. I ordered the first week of January. how these seed" shortages" are handled have less to do with the dealer and more to do with the dsm, and the next level of management, often times the dealer with a poor dsm relationship is thrown to the wolves, so to speak. |
