PROSPECT, TENNESSEE | Your wheat looks great! Mine was good going into the winter, once out it hasn't impressed me much. I applied 30-0-120-15s-5z at planting, wheat shot up, tillered great, we burned down with gramoxone, and firstshot. It was clean, everything set for the 100 bu yield. Some tillers were killed off over the winter, got sidedress on over a month ago, it is just now begining to take it up. It didnt tiller anymore, it looks good but after the coop painted it like my favorite shirt, we lost tillers, I don't expect anything over 70 bu/a. Still alot of time to make less..... | |
