If I remember correctly the SF300 is capable of only WAAS signal and cannot be used for autosteer. I would recommend a used iTC, over a SF300. There are plenty of used ones online for less than $1000.
If your Raven has a serial port then you could use a Field Doc Connect cable to connect your Raven to your 2600 to map when you turn on your Master Switch.
