Does glonass add to the US gps model or does it stand alone? I had a free trial a few years back and was impressed with the 15 or so sat coverage. In my area on the US model I regularly drop to 6 and 5 sats and have to stop for 10 minutes a couple times a day. I am running a FMX RTK .....the base station is unlocked to glonass.
