Similar deal years back, the rest of the story, a deal was made previous to passing of the gentleman. He and the family knew what was going to happen in the end, and family altogether made the deal, check wasn't given at funeral but of course the talk was that almost what took place. So, things are not always what they seem. Sadly, no time is right or wrong for something like this.
