5. Also you don't have to buy your seed early or even prepay early, no where in the contract does it state that if you order your seed in sept that you are going to get 100% of what you order. We will try our best and that all we can do. Now if you are willing to plant 80% germ corn then sure we can fill all the orders. If your dealer needs to take out a note to prepay for corn what do you think that dealer is going to do? I am pretty sure that he will now charge you a higher price for your corn.
