When i rent a 80 few years back over the phone payment dates never came up.Tryed to call the next day no answer.So sent the full payment[middle of feburary]to the owner.She called if she had to wait till harvest to cash my check.I told her no.I still pay up front and i know it keeps rent around $10 dollars acre cheaper.
When did all the landlord start expecting rent up front.
