I regularly get to .7 or lower on 25 to 30% magnesium so that is certainly not the case in southern wisconsin in corn following soybeans. Best this year was 232 bushel per acre on 147# applied N. 21# N with fall ams, 3# N infurrow, 70# N broadcast 32 with herbicide and 53# side dress 32. And we had 9 to 13 inches of rain the week of June 10th.
