S.E. Iowa
In the eighties we rent out some farm land I expected the check in my hand March 1 before crop year. Had a tenet come to me Feb 26 said that to rent my ground I would have to co-sign for him at the bank. I told him that I wasn't a bank and had another tenet in 24 hours. Something that has always amazed me when people talk about rent, rent is in most all cases cheaper than the cost of buying, If you cant afford rent how can you afford to buy.
