Subject: Wheel angle sensor problem?

NW Ohio
I have a 275 Magnum that has been giving me fits for the last two years. I have had to do steering calibrations in season before because my accuracy was getting bad. This system is using an Insight with a 442 RTK. The Insight never shows that I am more than an inch off my AB line and the steering does not weave back and forth. Sometimes my guess rows will be 38 inches wide on one guess row then the next set will only be 22 inches. This doesn't appear to be planter drift just the tractor. I side rests with the same tractor and about a third of the time I have to manually steer. I plant 24 and side rests 16. Could this be the wheel angle sensor going bad? I am getting very frustrated because it used to work so good and here the last two years it just keeps getting worse and worse. Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated.
Mike
