Bread, A few years ago we had the same situation.  I took the adjuster to the field, and was told that if it is green, it is wheat.  So we had to leave  it.  I really wanted him to "0" it, but he wouldn't.  I told him he can pay me now or pay me later with low yield.  That is what happened.  I thought it would be better for both of us if we destroyed what little was there, and planted something else, but he company did not see it that way.
