Maybe, Brian, the main thing is address the issues as they come and you can prepare yourself to address them!

If that was my soil test, I would be addressing the lime problem, keep soil testing and tissue testing and watch crops grow according to my budget and my observations.

To me there is no automatic answer to these problems, I just address each one as I understand them and watch what happens.

When I put too many variables into the equation, I don't know what fixed or didn't fix what.

At that K ppm, I would not have to add much potash to my CEC but at 22 CEC, it is a different ballgame.  3.6% true base saturation of K would be high on my farm and most around here.  I would be hunting high cal lime, OP.  If you have to use dolomitic lime, I've seen it spread with gypsum with pretty good results.  Dump your line of lime beside a line of calcium sulfate and scoop the two piles per swipe with the end loader.  That changes the spreader settings but it can be done.
