Clark SD | Jon, this has me puzzeled also. Keep in mind the data i presented was calculated using a model that i found on the web. I did a check yesterday on the frost depth and if my mode of operation is half way close i came up with a depth of 30 inches. Give me a little time to check a few things and see if can come with a few things on what caused the results that i got. The area where i collected ths data did have snow cover for a good period of time.
There was reports of water lines freezing in our area.
