Subject: Row irrigation - how much can you still irrigate thru?

Wardview, LA
I am surveying a couple of my fields tht I plan on putting on 60" beds for irrigation. One field has a good fall from west to east for irrigation but it has a slight draw in the middle. So my question is how much of a drop can you still irrigate thru on beds? I realize the numbers will tell me the story on each field but I figured the experts here may be able to teach me a thing or too. My hay fields were leveled to 0.2"/100 ft and flush irrigate pretty good.
