Check wiring to pressure switches while you're looking everything over.
Tech manual should have the places and pressures to check everything. If a powershift transmission, I would be having whoever is going to repair it put gauges on it and check all the pressures. That way they diagnose its problems and are responsible for the repair start to finish.
