Check with a few tire shops, most the city folk need the fanciest most expensive tires when they buy their ATV's so they head immediately to a tire shop and get the brand new ones removed.  I've bought several more or less brand new take offs for $100 a set in recent years.  At that price it doesn't matter if they only last a year or two.
