Dosatrons are adjustable. Our barn medicators are adjustable from 0.2% to 2% volume/volume. I don't know if that's typical or if there are other ranges available. They require minor disassembly to adjust. 2% would be just over a liter of RU at 15 GPA. A dosatron is about $250. But at least they are fully rebuildable.

Something like this would be perfect for this application. It has a 1/4 turn valve to go from spray to bypass so you don't need to plumb in a bypass. You set the rate with orifice style tips. It goes from 1% to 30+%. But it only flows 2 GPM
