Tiger meat is not raw hamburger.
It is ground up "steak". Very much different than the ingredients of "hamburger" which contains parts of the animal that can harm you very much if not heated.
Steak has nothing bad in it raw, but requires trust in a good butcher.
I learned something new.(ground up steak) It sure looked like hamburger to me and the teen lady said it was hamburger , it looked raw to me.Take it for what its worth. LOL!
