I do quite a few steaks by browning in a skillet, season as you like it, wrap in tin foil, place in an insulated baking pan, then 400 for an hour or whenever it hits 170 degrees. I usually drizzle it with Worchestire, and sprinkle on some Old Bay for the seasoning part...even though when I grill I am strictly a salt and pepper man.
