North End I-15 | Montana has a free down load app for your cell phone . it's called "Montana Parcel App" How it works is through your GPS on Phone . I use it when out gopher hunting in strange territory . It tells who the land owner is . Phone book look up , phone call , permission to hunt .
Information is varied but most generally will tell who owns property /taxable valuation .
I showed my brother who lives in Great Falls . He was interested in who his neighbors down the block were . Sure enough a point to the house and up came the name of owner , appraised value of house and lot separated and total for both .
Very little privacy in this day and age . Even if you are a remote hermit , with no phone , electricity , etc. if you own property in your name ,you show up ! | |
