My number was started by Kansas Cellular when I first got a cell phone about 20 years ago, which sold to Alltel, which sold out to Verizon. Number has always been the same, coverage is great, cost is high, I get no weird calls unless from a bill collector, the IRS, or the rare computer based message of some sort to start my own business.
