Amherst WI | I have a Verizon cell phone for work. The service is average at best, recently for some reason it has got worse.
I have the option of going to US Cellular like my personal phone, it has much better service and I have been a happy customer for several years with them. Problem is my number that I got from Verizon is not from the same area as US Cellular so they can't move my number to USC. The explanation I got was this has something to do with the FCC. Worst part is I switch from Altell to Verizon and had to switch my number at that time too for the same assinine reason. I'm trying to decide whats worse 3 work numbers in 6 years or a phone that works half the time.
Anyone have a good explanation why this has to be so difficult? | |
