Chimel I've now read up on Backblaze a little. However, you refer to it as a "temporary" solution vs permanent. Can you elaborate on your labeling? I'm interested in using Backblaze as a backup. I have not yet contacted them however. Looks like if you prepay 2 yrs, you can get under $4/mo for unlimited capacity. HOWEVER......the only thing I worry about with ANY of these "cloud" type companies is solvency. When they decide they can't hack it any longer, you're SOL & they still have your data. Though it may be resting on some "repossessed" servers somewhere, it will be just out there & not doing you any good. Is this an unwarranted concern?
