NE South Dakota | I recently looked around on the web and am using www.spideroak.com
Interested to hear what others have to say about this site. My reasons for trying it were:
Can back several computers up on same account - buying 100GB for $10/month or $100/yr
Looks like I select documents to have it store on hard drive of another computer - like put documents from work computer on home computer as another backup
I can log onto spideroak on any computer and look at my documents/pictures
I have the spideroak app on my phone and can look at documents/pix on phone
Am interested to hear what others have to say about this site and if I'm understanding it correctly. Decided I needed to do something for a back up before we get busy this spring. Was trying to use a couple portablehard drives and rotate them home, but it wasn't getting done often enough. Think I'll continue to use portable hard drives at random.
Do the other sites like Carbonite or Mozy offer these same features?
