That is the problem with those buildings. Yours looks too nice and solid to tear down, and re engineering the building to support the roof and tall sidewalls costs a bundle to make it useful.
You either need to throw a bundle at it to over build or spend for an engineer to design it which will make insuring it a lot easier.
