I checked and I do have a FlexControl II Console. The pictures show the Flexicoil cable P/N14927 connected to my Insight cable via 9pin serial. With this setup I am able to control and record 1 channel through my Insight. I am uncertain if the 1 channel limitation is a Insight limitation of a limitation of my Flexicoil serial/console. Maybe Torn knows.
I believe the 1 channel limitation must be specific to the Insight. The FlexControl II can run 6 channels, and the 600/700 can map all of them. (The 600 can only map 5 channels onscreen. The 6th is mapped directly to the datacard and can be viewed in the desktop software.) |
