I agree with Tedbear and KMech about Ag Leader being tight lipped about new products and fixes for existing Issues. 

The original OnTrac2 was especially frustrating.  The lack of information about what Ag Leader was doing to resolve the issue made it much worse.  I was seriously considering a switch to another company.  If Ag Leader provided more information, and had plans to make it right, I wouldn't have even considered another company.

They were very close to losing a customer.  Happy that I stuck around at this point.
