True, but those devices won't allow you to do indoor navigation. The resulting position is going to be that of the external antenna on the repeater. These repeaters are useful for getting your device tracking the satellites while indoors so it can start working immediately when moved outdoors. The other use is for time-synchronization devices that are located somewhere without access to the sky, such as an underground server farm.
