I don't feel that Ag Leader employees are purposely trying to deceive users but the employees are not always privy to all the developments and sometimes need to come up with an answer to satisfy a question. I've always thought that saying "I don't know" is better than making up some type of weak excuse.
Worth repeating. You said it much better than I. I suspect this is a case of asking a technical question to one not privy to that level of technical information. I've often gotten the impression that those with the actual info are pretty tight lipped about it. |
