Thanks everyone and I did get manual speed to work. Where is good place to send these flow meters, agexpress? The valve motor was replaced few years ago. Section valves are all new, all new plumbing, hoses, it's probably time. I'm just mad at myself for not sending it off when I had it sitting on bench for week instead of now all put together.

And this was just shop air, shop 80 gallon tank. It didn't really even trip compressor on but it's set to 165ish. So the 12$ 60 psi gauge next to the temp gauge is shot. Should that gauge be a 150 anyway? Didn't really think anything of it till I saw it pegged.

Thanks for tip ted, I'll have to take a look at that.
