Missouri | It depends upon who you are talking to, and what the subject of your question is. There are some brilliant people there, but there are questions they don't like to give the answer to, and sometimes asking that question gives you the feeling you're being given the runaround. I don't think there's any intention for deception there, but if you ask someone a question they may have been told not to give the answer to, you have effectively put them between the proverbial "rock and a hard place".
