Sheldon, IA | Does the new version on your USB say ".fw2" as the extension at the end of the file. If there is not then it will never notice the file. If you downloaded it, it was probably compressed and needs to be un-compressed to work and show the file extension. The 500 looks for that file extension and will not notice any files without it. If it is there go into setup, data management and look fro upgrade wizard or tool (something like that) and look for it in that window. | |
