West Central Iowa | You won't think it is "bull" when you need parts for a ZF front hub and find out they are NLA. I have worked on these tractor since they came out and when I was looking for a 4450 I would ONLY consider the later ones with the JD front axle. I suggest you go to your local dealer and start pricing parts for a ZF axle before you buy it. Between the stuff that is NLA and the prices on the stuff that is available, you may think twice about a tractor equipped with a ZF front axle. I have had to purchase a complete used axle from a salvage yard to get what I need to repair them because the salvage yard would not part out a good complete axle. | |
