Give him a shot of Vit K, will help blood clot and dry him up. This is not uncommon in a feedlot, esp when the temps are very cold. Should be fine unless he loses too much blood, which I have seen from dehorning or abcessed implants. If he seems weak, he may need a blood transfusion.
