Bourbon, Indiana | Of course you can, it saves the lines for you providing you have the data set up properly, such as the correct field and you pull up the correct lines. If you want to go further you can upload the lines info SMS of Farmworks, label the lines for easier reference, and transfer them back into the 500, If doing so I would delete the original lines in the 500 before reloading them back into it with the names or else you'll have 2 of all the lines.
Omnstar is gonna cause you some frustration if your wanting to plant on strips and expecially if you have many tree lines around your fields. I used Omnistar for a few years then went to strip till and couldn't stay on the strips to my satisfaction so I upgraded to RTK.
